I already told you this story while at training, but just to have it in writing.
So, if you remember, I've left during your networking course for 2 hours to take an exam at doctorate. As I was waiting to enter, there was this senior gentleman waiting in the same hallway. I began to talk with him, to sympathize regarding long waiting minutes for others to come. So I made the connection. Then he kindly asked me to allow him to make a phone call from my mobile. I helped him doing that, without accepting the payment. He was very grateful. Then we talked some more. Just before leaving he told me that he was a faculty colleague of my professor, the one that would suppose to interview me for my exam.
So, it was quite useful to tell to my professor: " Your colleague, Mr. Lazarescu sends you his best regards!" :-) The thing is that without this course, I would never address that guy without a strong reason.
